Good Afternoon!

Did you check out this morning’s weekly deals?  It’s the last week and we have some good ones so be sure to check them out here!

Now onto the Freshly Brewed Projects with the Latte Girls …

frshlybrewedproject

I love bringing these to you every week and hope you are enjoying them.  Today the Latte Girls are sharing one of the Stampin’ Up! Project Kits and also giving you a couple of different ideas with them.

The Project Kit I decided to share with you is the awesome Perpetual Calendar Project Kit ..

The kit comes in its own box so it makes giving it as a gift perfect – there’s even some ribbon to tie it up and present it!  Now you can opt to either make the calendar up for a friend or family member or if it’s for someone crafty just give it as is!  It makes an awesome gift at just $28!

Here’s my calendar …

Cal01 Cal02 Cal03 Cal04 Cal05 Cal06 Cal07 Cal08 Cal09 Cal10 Cal11 Cal12

This is such a wonderful gift to give being a Perpetual Calendar it never is dated like regular 12 month Calendars.

You may think that purchasing the coordinating stamp set is a little frivolous well let me just share with you some neat cards I’ve made using this set …

happinessflowers

This one was made using the sweet little flower stamp.  I simply stamped all over my whisper white piece to create my own designer series paper then layered it with Rose Red card stock to match my ‘paper’.  The sentiment comes from Cottage Greetings Stamp Set (which actually coordinates with another kit!)

BirthdayBlots

I love the brightness of this one!  A super quick and easy card for those birthdays that happen to pop up when you least expect it!  I’ve just used the splatter stamp in Crushed Curry, Pumpkin Pie, Tempting Turquoise and Rich Razleberry.  The Make a Wish comes from Perfect Pennants and punched out with the Note Tag punch and popped on with some dimensionals!

Mind you when you make this calendar kit up you wont miss another birthday!

butterflies

This last one is soft and sweet and uses the Butterfly stamp.  I wanted to keep this one soft and subtle so I’ve used Pink Pirouette and Soft Suede for the sentiment from Butterfly Basics.  The large butterfly is cut from Pink Pirouette and Sahara Sand and decorated with our beautiful basic pearls.

See I told you that stamp set is versatile – you can use it for many backgrounds and cards for all occasions.   I also have another one or two cards to share using this stamp set which I’ll share later in the week.

Now maybe you are thinking you’d like to do this Calendar Kit in a class … well it just so happens I have one scheduled for 7th May
